Steele County Human Services is located on the second(2nd) floor of the Steele County Administration Center at 630 Florence Ave, Owatonna MN 55060.

The Steele County Human Services Department offers a wide variety of services for people in need of adult or child protection.  Financial assistance services such as food and cash benefits and medical assistance are also offered to eligible families and individuals. There is also support for both custodial and non-custodial parents in the establishment and enforcement of child support, child care and medical support. These services are provided to all eligible people in a way that promotes their dignity, independence and well-being.
