The Steele County Parks are managed by the Four Seasons Centre Director. They are maintained for the enjoyment of the public. The Steele County Parks and Recreation mission statement follows:

GETTING YOU WHERE YOU NEED TO BE....The Steele County Area Transit currently operates three dial-a-ride buses throughout Steele County. Buses are 18-passenger mini-buses and are fully accessible. We can drive you to medical, social, shopping and recreational activities, as well as work…wherever you need to go.
